Many other private homes celebrate to honor the season.   Come to Fayetteville and experience the feeling of community.  Fall and winter is a wonderful time to choose a new home.  You can choose one of the move in ready homes at The Canoe Club or choose from one of the many under construction that can close next year.  What ever you do, remember that everyone comes out in the spring and home prices plus interest rates are on their way up.  Now is a great time to choose your new home while interest rates are still at historic lows and while home prices are on the increase, the quicker you act, the better your price and interest rate.
